You can replace the headlight bulb on the Buick Regal by opening the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment: inside the headlight assembly, there will be a cover panel that needs to be removed to access the bulb. The bulb should be pulled out and disconnected from the connector, then connect the new replacement bulb to the connector: you can now insert the new bulb into its socket and secure it with the panel, closing the hood to finish.
