How do you reset the Service light on the Chevrolet Malibu?

To reset the Service light that is shown on the instrument panel of the Chevrolet Malibu, you need to turn on the instrument panel so that you can navigate within the menu that will be displayed: once the panel is on, you can turn the dial located on the left lever of the steering wheel to reach the maintenance option. When this option appears, you can press and hold the SET/CLR button located at the end of the same lever: after a few seconds with the button pressed, the light will disappear completely from the screen.
