How to Replace the Key Battery on a Chevrolet Captiva

Before you begin, extract the emergency key from the electric key of your Chevrolet Captiva by simply pressing the top unlock button. Using a large flathead screwdriver, pry open the electric key into two halves. Next, extract and remove the key's circuit board. By doing this, you will reach the exhausted battery. Proceed to unclip and remove it, completing the disassembly. To install the new battery and close the key, simply follow this straightforward procedure in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
