Chevrolet Captiva - Video tutorial
Model: Chevrolet Captiva
MK 1
- Years 2006-2018 This short video will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Chevrolet Captiva engine, in simple and quick steps. First, we open the engine hood and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the central bracket of the battery, using a socket wrench with extension; then we disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and install the new battery, of the right type and with the same amperage; finally, we reassemble the central bracket of the battery to secure it!

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again! by ScegliAuto More videos
