Replacing the key battery on a Chevrolet Captiva is extremely simple, and now we will demonstrate it. Unscrew the small screw located on the cover. Then use a small flathead screwdriver or any cutting tool to pry around the entire seam of the casing. Extract the central remote and pry again with a cutting tool, as clearly shown in the video, and there you have it! Here is the battery! Finally, remove it and insert the new battery you have purchased. Reassemble the key casing by reversing the process. With this method, you can also replace the casing.
