How to Replace the License Plate Bulb on a Chevrolet Equinox?

To replace the license plate bulb on a Chevrolet Equinox, use a lever tool to pry the light assembly above the license plate from its housing. Once removed, pull out the bulb inside and disconnect it from the connector. Connect the new bulb to the connector and insert it back into the light assembly. The assembly can now be snapped back into place above the license plate, and you can repeat the process for the other bulb.
