How to Change the Air Filter on the Chevrolet Traverse

Model: Chevrolet Traverse MK 1 - Years 2009-2017

To replace the air filter in your vehicle, do the following: open the hood and locate the cover under which the filter is located, on the right side of the engine. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the cover on the sides of the box. Once the cover is free from the screws, disconnect the mass airflow sensor connector and loosen the clamp screw. Lift it up. Inside, you will find the air filter that can be removed. Take the new filter and place it in the housing. Finally, reposition the cover and reattach all the screws.
