Resetting the oil service light on a Chevrolet Silverado is a simple and quick operation. Follow these steps in this tutorial.

This procedure should only be performed after completing maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual. Turn on the ignition and press the OK button to clear the warning message.

Then, press the left arrow to access the menu and navigate to the "Info" section. Scroll through the screens until you find the one related to oil life and press and hold the OK button to reset it.
