How to Replace the Antenna on a Chevrolet Cobalt

In this tutorial, see how to replace the antenna on a Chevrolet Cobalt by following these simple steps: on the passenger side, remove the front cover. You will see a bracket holding the antenna; use a 10 mm socket spanner to remove the bracket. Once the bracket is removed, push the rubber of the antenna upwards to extract it. Remove the rubber, then use two pliers to unscrew the antenna shaft. After unscrewing the antenna shaft, clean the wires using a wire brush (if necessary, replace the old antenna with a new one). Next, screw the shaft back in using the two pliers. The next step is to reinstall the antenna by reversing the process.
