How to Change the Battery in the Chevrolet Equinox

If you want to tackle the battery replacement on this American vehicle model, follow the instructions provided in the video and the description below. Once you open the hood, locate the battery on the left side of the compartment. Remove the fuse box located above it, and then disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Next, unscrew the support screws of the battery hold-down bracket and remove the battery from its housing. Take the new battery and place it in the compartment, reconnecting the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, and reattach the bracket and fuse box.
