How to Locate the Fuses in a Chevrolet Equinox

To locate the fuses in a Chevrolet Equinox, you need to check three main areas. The cabin fuse box is located on the passenger side of the center console, behind the corresponding trim panel. A second group is found in the engine compartment, inside the fuse box protected by a plastic cover. There is also a box in the trunk area, behind the side panel on the passenger side. Before performing any checks, turn off the ignition and electrical accessories. Remove the cover of the affected box and consult the assignment diagram to identify the fuse for the circuit to check. If the element is blown, remove it with the appropriate tweezers and replace it only with a fuse of the same amperage.
