This guide shows how to reset the date and time on the radio of the Chevrolet Suburban GMT 900 after disconnecting the battery. First, turn on the radio and go to the display tab. Press and hold the lower left corner for about ten seconds until the keypad for entering the radio PIN appears. Enter the PIN, and on the second page of the screen's diagnostic menu, select the time setting option. At this point, you need to enter the date and time in GMT format, and the year must be set to 2000 to reset the time. After completing the procedure, you will have the current date and time.
