Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Chevrolet Aveo MK 1, T200 - Years 2002-2011
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment: to replace it, open the glove compartment door, press the sides to retract the end stops, and fully swing it down. Once you reach the air duct, remove the cover of the cabin air filter housing, extract the old filter, clean any dirt residue inside the filter housing, and install the new one (preferably activated carbon) following the airflow direction indicated by the arrows on the filter.
