First, ensure that the key is not inserted for safety, then open the door in question and, using a plastic trim tool, pry along the perimeter of the switch panel until it is released.

Next, disconnect the various internal connectors, unclip the fastening clips, and separate the switch panel from the frame. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
