The following video tutorial will explain the steps to independently remove the front seat from a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. To begin, remove the cover from the screw located on the seatbelt and then use a 20mm Torx key to remove the screw.

Slide the seat back and unscrew the two screws located on the roller; once removed, unscrew the two screws located at the rear of the roller. Disconnect the seat by lifting it upwards to remove it; once removed, you can perform the desired maintenance.

Reassembly follows the reverse procedure but is still easy and quick.
