How to replace the front door hinge of the Chevrolet Silverado MK2

In this video we see how to replace the upper hinge of the front door of the Chevrolet Silverado MK2: we support the door from below with a jack, and cover the door stop with bodywork tape. We remove the hinge with a 13mm socket, and then the lower bolt with a 10mm socket; we finish removing all the bolts in order to remove the hinge, lowering it down where we have more space to extract it. This hinge can be found for example on AliExpress with the code 1005004222179147 at a price of 27.12 euros, plus 1.04 euros for shipping. It is recommended to carefully check the model compatibility with the one required. We put the hinge back in place and raise it back into its housing, putting all the fixing bolts back in place.
