To remove the door panel of the Chevrolet Silverado, you need to detach the trim on the armrest and loosen the screws underneath so that it can be removed. The other screw to remove is located under the handle near the window switch panel.

Once these screws are removed, you can detach the triangular cover at the mirror. Then, by disconnecting the connectors for the window switch and those at the back of the panel, you can remove it and replace it with a new part.
