In order to open the rear hatch of the Chrysler 300C when the car battery is dead, you need to go inside the cabin and fold down the rear seats using the appropriate lever located next to the headrests. Once the backrests are folded down, you will be able to access the interior of the trunk from inside the cabin: you will then be able to locate a lever near the hatch lock, which must be pulled upwards. This will unlock the hatch and allow you to open it and access its interior.
