How do you remove the front seat of the Citroën C5?

In order to remove the front seat of the Citroën C5, you need to push it all the way back, sliding it on the rails: the screws located at the front of the rails can be loosened and then the seat can be pushed forward to loosen the screws at the back of the rails. Once all the screws have been loosened, it will be possible to disconnect the underlying connector so that the seat can be completely removed from its position: the new one can then be inserted, connected and properly secured.
