How to replace the fan module on the Citroen C3

Let's see how to replace the fan of the Citroen C3: we will need a medium-sized crosshead screwdriver, gloves, and a clean cloth. The fan module is located under the dashboard, on the passenger side, near the footwell. In the video, the module is accessible without removing the dashboard, but it may be necessary to remove a cover panel. Always disconnect the battery before performing these tasks involving the electrical system, then remove the electrical connectors. Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the module with a firm movement (as vibrations could cause it to be stuck). Clean the housing from dust and residue with the cloth, insert the new module, which we could have purchased for example on Amazon with the code B07N854BWN at the price of 18.74 euros, free delivery. Align it correctly and secure it with its screw. Reconnect the electrical connectors. We can now reconnect the battery and start the instrument panel to check the fan's functionality. If the problem persists, check fuse F21 in the box located in the passenger compartment, or the fan relay.
