Replacing the Diesel Filter on Citroen C4 Picasso

Today, let’s see how to replace the diesel filter on a second-generation Citroen C4 Picasso. Start by opening the engine bay and removing the engine cover; this will expose the diesel filter that needs replacing. Continue the procedure by disconnecting the three hoses from the filter and the electrical connector as shown in the video, then unscrew the two securing screws of the filter using an 8mm spanner to remove it from its seat. Now, detach the cover from the diesel filter by unscrewing the three upper screws with a T15 Torx key and turning the electrical connector counterclockwise; once the cover is removed, take off the old sealing gasket and fit it onto a new filter. Finally, refit the diesel filter by following the reverse procedure.
