Need to remove the diesel filter on a Citroen Xsara Picasso? Here’s how to do it. Lift the front bonnet of the car and locate the diesel filter as shown in the video. Use a spanner to unscrew the bolt securing the cap (a socket wrench can also be used) located above the container where the diesel filter is situated. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, refit the filter into the associated container and tighten the bolt above the cap of the container. Reconnect the hoses and clamps above the filter container.
