First, open the front door and remove the small side plastic cap; then, using something pointed and thin, perhaps a long screwdriver, lever the lock outwards as shown in the video.

At this point, simply replace the lock with a new one if necessary; apply the reverse procedure for reassembling the lock, ensuring it is properly secured!
