Changing the Rear Light Bulb on a Citroen C3

Model: Citroen C3 FC, FN - Years 2002-2009

First, secure your vehicle, in this case, the Citroen C3, properly immobilised on a flat surface or on a ramp to work safely. Next, open the rear boot lid and, using a flat screwdriver, remove the small cover of the upper bolt (which secures the headlamp unit) and the cover located at the bottom of the boot lining, near the headlamp itself. Now, unscrew the 2 bolts using the appropriate spanner. Remove the headlamp unit from its housing and disconnect the electrical connector. Then, remove the plate, which is secured by tabs, that holds the bulbs. You can now replace the bulb of interest by simply turning it counterclockwise. To install the new one, turn it clockwise instead. Be careful not to touch the bulb with bare fingers. Reassemble everything by following the reverse of the steps shown in the images.
