Citroen C3 - Video tutorial

Model: Citroen C3 FN, FC - Years 2002-2009
Part: Rear light bulb
Operation: Change the rear light bulb in the Citroen C3.

First of all, we arrange our car, in this case the Citroen C3, well immobilized, on a plane or on the bridge so that we can work on it in conditions that guarantee the operator's safety. At this point, we open the tailgate of the rear trunk and, using a flat screwdriver, we remove the small cover of the upper bolt (which fixes the headlight block) and the cover which is located, at the bottom, in the luggage compartment lining, near of the lighthouse itself. Now, we unscrew the 2 bolts, using the suitable wrench. We remove the headlight block from its housing and disconnect the power supply connector. Then, we remove the plate, wedged through the tabs, which supports the bulbs. In this way, we can replace the light bulb that interests us, simply by turning it counterclockwise. To mount the new one, instead, we rotate it clockwise. We are careful not to touch the bulb, of the light bulb, with bare fingers. Let's reassemble everything, following the operations seen in the images but proceeding backwards.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
