How to change the battery of a Citroen C3 key? Let's see how to disassemble the C3 key battery. Take your remote key and, using a screwdriver, unscrew the tiny screw on the key cover, then remove the metal key and lever with a screwdriver between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Extract the worn battery, then take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the cover on your remote by pressing down until you hear it click into place. Finally, screw in the securing screw to complete the key assembly.
