How to Replace the Key Battery of a Citroen Xsara Picasso

Start by inserting the flat screwdriver tip into the slot in the middle of the key and lever it open. This will allow you to disengage and remove the back of the key, exposing the exhausted battery. Proceed to extract the battery from its housing. Once this step is complete, you will have successfully disassembled the key. To fit the new battery and reassemble the key for your Citroen Xsara Picasso, simply reverse this procedure, and the replacement will be complete.
