Replacing the Radiator on Citroen Xsara Picasso

When replacing the engine radiator on a Citroen Xsara Picasso, start by removing the air filter box along with the associated inlet and outlet ducts. Then, with the handbrake engaged and the engine off, lift the bonnet and carry out this disassembly. This will give you better access to the radiator itself and allow you to reach the lower hose, which will obviously need disconnecting. After draining the coolant by opening the appropriate taps, disconnect all hoses and the connector, then remove it from its housing.
