Replacement of Front Brake Pads

Model: Citroen C3 FC, FN - Years 2002-2009

Lift the vehicle with a jack and apply a jack stand for safety; then remove the front wheel, lever between the disc and the caliper to retract the piston, and unscrew the lower caliper mounting bolt: the upper one will act as a hinge to lift the caliper and extract the old pads. Then fit the new pads, fully retract the piston using a mole grip or a C-clamp, reposition the caliper, and tighten the mounting bolt. Once you have completed the pad replacement on the other wheel, pay close attention during the first braking.
