How to change the brake pads of the Citroen C3

In this video, we will see how to change the brake pads of the Citroen C3: when working on the brakes, it is always advisable to open the cap of the brake fluid reservoir. We will then need to lift the front of the car and remove the front wheels. Turn the disc outwards, then insert a flat screwdriver into the outer end of the slot on the front of the caliper, in order to retract the piston, then unlock the two bolts of the caliper. Then tie the caliper to the coils of the shock absorber, to make sure not to damage the brake hose. Remove the pads using a screwdriver, then remove the anti-noise springs. Clean the support and check the functionality of the caliper bolts; if they are worn, it is advisable to replace them. Put the new anti-noise springs and then the new pads. Disconnect the caliper and put it back in place, using the new bolts. Now we can move to the other side, then put back the wheels, lower the car, and then put back the cap on the brake fluid reservoir.
