In this video we see how the automatic opening tailgate of the DS7 works: the mistake that many make is to look for the sensor "too low" on the bumper. Instead, the sensor is external and we need to pass our foot "close" to the rear bumper and not underneath. Only in this way will the tailgate open immediately, without having to fiddle around under the bodywork as if we had lost our minds. The solution is therefore much simpler than it may seem, because all we have to do is approach, perhaps with our hands full of shopping bags, and stretch our foot out: the tailgate will open and we can deposit everything we have in our hands into the trunk.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
