How to Open the Tailgate of the DS7

In this video, we see how the automatic opening tailgate of the DS7 works: a common mistake is to look for the sensor "too low" on the bumper. Instead, the sensor is external, and you need to pass your foot "near" the rear bumper, not underneath. Only then will the tailgate open immediately, without fumbling under the bodywork as if you have lost your mind. The solution is much simpler than it may seem; just approach, perhaps with your hands full of shopping bags, and extend your foot: the tailgate will open, allowing you to place everything you are holding in the boot.
