Guide to Replacing the Cabin Filter

Model: Citroen Xsara MK 1 - Years 1997-2006
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter should be checked, cleaned, and possibly replaced at regular intervals to ensure the best possible air quality.
The filter is located at the passenger's feet, under the dashboard. Once the cover is removed, you can see the filter panel compartment, as shown in the video. You will need to remove its cover and extract the old filter; you can see how much dirt accumulates in this area.
After removing the old filter, clean the compartment and proceed to replace the panel with a new one.
Then close the compartment and refit the panel under the dashboard.

The operation in the video is performed on a Citroen Xara MK2.
