How to Replace Instrument Cluster Bulbs on Citroen Xsara Picasso

Model: Citroen Xsara MK 1 - Years 1997-2006

If the instrument cluster display no longer lights up evenly or if some warning lights do not illuminate during the ignition phase, it means that a bulb has failed; to replace it, you must first remove the instrument cluster from the dashboard: start by unclipping the trim around the cluster, then unscrew the two fixing screws and pull the instrument cluster out enough to disconnect the relevant connectors; at this point, you can access the bulbs by rotating and pulling out the respective bulb holders: it is recommended to replace all the bulbs before proceeding in reverse for reassembly.
