To set the clock on the Citroën Xsara Picasso, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot. Once the panel is powered, press and hold the button with the book icon next to the display in the centre of the dashboard.

This will allow you to scroll to select the "Hour" option and modify it using the + button. Next, scroll again to select the "Minutes" option, so that the minutes can be adjusted in the same way.
