Fitting 16 mm Spacers

Model: Citroen Saxo MK 1 - Years 1996-2004

The tools required for this operation are: jack, Allen keys, sandpaper, and wire brush. Loosen the wheel nuts slightly before lifting the wheel with the jack to facilitate the removal process. Secure the vehicle. Once the wheel is removed, access the corroded wheel hub. Clean the hub thoroughly with sandpaper and a wire brush to ensure the spacers adhere properly. Also, clean the threaded fixing holes thoroughly. Position the spacer and secure it firmly with the small countersunk screw in the hole that will be free. Refit the wheel and tighten the bolts without fully tightening them. Lower the vehicle and then properly tighten the wheel nuts. Once completed, take a test drive to ensure the wheels do not touch the wheel arches when turning or going over bumps.
