To replace the serpentine belt on a Citroën Xsara Picasso, lift the car so you can loosen the bolts securing the front right wheel: this wheel must be removed from its housing to access the central nut of the tensioner pulley. Once released, reduce the tension of the belt so it can be extracted and replaced with a new part.

After replacement, reattach the tensioner pulley and reposition the front right wheel.
