In order to reset the partial odometer of the Cupra Formentor, you need to turn on the instrument panel so that you can navigate through the menu on the central display of the dashboard: here you will need to select the "Infotainment" option and then the option related to the partial odometer. At this point, you can select the "Reset long-term" option to reset the partial odometer to zero; once the reset operation is complete, you can return to the initial screen to verify that the reset has been successful.
