How to start the battery of the Dacia Duster P1310 if it is discharged? And how do you change the air filter? We see it in this video: the battery and the filter are located on the right side, looking at the car from the front. The filter is in a box that we will open by using a screwdriver to lever the two metal tabs: underneath we find the filter wedged in its plastic support.

Let's remove it, put the cap back in place, clean the housing well from dust and residue, and put the new filter back in place, which we will reposition in its box. The YouTuber rightly recommends having a portable starter in the car, which must always be kept charged, and which can help us in case our car does not start due to the battery running out. We connect it to the battery, removing the red cover and connecting the red clamp to the positive pole and the black one to the negative pole (in this order).

We connect the plug to the starter, which will decide how much current to deliver. We get in the car and start the engine, leaving it running.

We can disconnect the booster, and remove the clamps: the black one and then the red one (in this order).
