Let's see how to replace the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor on a 2015 Dacia Duster: this sensor, as the name suggests, measures the mass of air entering the sensor; a malfunction can cause performance drops, idle fluctuations, and increased fuel consumption.

We can find the new sensor on AliExpress with the code 1005009740092315 for the price of €15.19 plus €5.86 for shipping.

Let's open the hood: the sensor is located directly on the air duct between the air filter and the throttle body. It is a small plastic box with an electrical connector.

The connector is inserted into a housing and secured by two screws or, more commonly, by plastic clip fasteners, which we will need to unlock, allowing us to remove it from its housing. We insert the new sensor until we hear the "click" that indicates the clips are perfectly in place.

We reconnect the electrical connector, and our work is done. We can close the hood.
