How to Remove the LPG Injectors from a Dacia Sandero

This video shows how to remove and clean the injectors of a Dacia Sandero LPG with a 1.0 3-cylinder engine and Landi Renzo Eco Evo P-MX D6 GF50 system. Start by disconnecting the central intercooler hose: you will need to push and pull to remove it. Next, loosen the LPG injector wiring (and connectors, one for each cylinder) with a screwdriver. Remove the central screws of the rail: 1 screw of 8 mm (behind a bar, to be removed with a 10 mm spanner) and 2 central screws of 10 mm. Then disconnect the LPG hoses using pliers to unlock the clamps on the LPG supply hoses and those of the injectors. With a screwdriver, push the hoses down without pulling them. The GRS 12 injectors cannot be directly removed from the rail: they are secured by two pins and glue, so to remove them, use a thin drill bit to remove the glue from the pin holes, then gently tap with a hammer from the other side to release them and finally extract the injector. Now you can clean the spring and seats with a non-aggressive spray. For reassembly, place the spring back in its seat, reposition the pins, tapping them to secure, and apply hot glue to lock them. Now reassemble the rail, reconnect the LPG hoses and electrical connectors, and secure the rail with the screws (tighten moderately).
