High RPM Issue on Dacia Duster 2 LPG

Model: Dacia Duster HM, MK 2 - Years 2017-2024

In this video, we see a rather annoying problem that has occurred in some second series Dacia Duster models with LPG systems. The issue is caused by the engine running at an excessively high idle speed; indeed, the car maintains a rotation speed between 1,500 and 3,000 RPM while stationary and without pressing the accelerator pedal. The faults related to this type of problem could be numerous, but it is advisable to check with authorised workshops or the manufacturer to resolve this issue, which has become common for this vehicle.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
