The OBD port has been mandatory for many years on all vehicles and is used by mechanics to diagnose faults in the electronic control units via reading systems. In fact, users can also use it to clear minor faults or reset warning lights that are difficult to turn off with traditional methods.

By using a digital scanner that can be purchased for a minimal cost (around £90 to £100 on major e-commerce platforms) and a standard cable, you can clear faults without needing to visit a garage. Naturally, you need to know where the OBD port is located.

It is usually near the footwell, but Dacia has chosen to install it in the glove compartment, as shown in this video.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
