To restore the wheels of a Datsun On Do: first, remove the wheel from the tire by taking out the valve stem, and wash it thoroughly with a water jet, removing any deposits. Dry it and apply a coat of spray primer. Then, apply the first layer of silver spray paint. Reinsert the valve stem into its housing, pulling it out first with a rope. Now you can reinsert the wheel into the tire. Check the tire pressure before remounting it, then the outer metal seal of the wheel and the hubcap. You can remount it on the vehicle and proceed with the other three.
