How do you replace the transmission of the Derbi Variant?

In order to replace the Derbi Variant transmission it is necessary to first remove the pedal located in correspondence with the protective casing, on the right side of the motorcycle. By loosening the pedal pin from its top and bottom, the pedal can be removed and consequently it will be possible to loosen the screws that secure the crankcase cover. By removing the crankcase cover it will be possible to loosen the nuts that fix the central pins of the variator and clutch, also removing the belt. After the components have been removed, it will be possible to replace them with new spare parts.

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
