Today, explain how to replace the key fob battery for the Dodge Charger produced from 2008 to 2014. To replace the battery, you need to remove the top part of the fob to extract the emergency key contained inside. Open the fob in two parts, taking care not to damage the microchip, and remove the damaged battery. Insert a new ECR 2032 battery inside. Close the fob and insert the metal emergency key. Test the functioning of the fob by standing in front of the vehicle.
