Operation: V-belt replacement.

The video shows the operation on an engine removed from its housing, but it can also be performed with the engine in place in its compartment. Put the belt in its position by inserting it, step by step, in the various pulleys that we find in the motor following the diagram shown in the images. When you reach the last pulley, act on the belt tensioner by turning it counterclockwise with the special key. In this way we can remove tension from the belt itself and, therefore, insert the belt in its complete position. The maintenance operation seen in the images is carried out on a Dodge Caliber.
