For this simple operation, you will only need to equip yourself with the appropriate tools to carry out the tasks correctly. By using an adjustable spanner, you can tighten the base that hooks into the seat. By tightening and slightly rotating it, the metal rod that enters the seat will release and come out. Repeat the operation for the other side, and this way, you can completely extract the headrest. Of course, retrace the steps described in reverse for the reassembly of the various components, and you're done!
