How to replace the brake pads of a Fiat 500?

To replace the brake pads on a Fiat 500, it is necessary to safely lift the vehicle using a jack and then secure it with jack stands to ensure stability. Next, remove the wheel to access the braking system. Locate the brake caliper and unscrew the fastening screws in order to lift it from the disc, being careful not to damage the brake fluid tube. Once the caliper is freed, carefully remove the old brake pads. Before inserting the new pads, push the caliper piston back to make room and make sure the new pads are correctly positioned in their slots. Put the caliper back in place, screw the fastening screws back in and repeat the process for the other wheels, if necessary. Once the operation is completed on all pads, reassemble the wheels and lower the car. Finally, press the brake pedal several times to restore pressure in the system and make sure everything is working correctly before driving.
