How to Remove the Cylinder Head on a Fiat Punto

Let’s see how to remove the cylinder head from a Fiat Punto. First, remove the plastic soundproofing panel on the cylinder head (if present) and pull out the dipstick. Disconnect all the connectors supplying electricity to the glow plugs using needle-nose pliers. Remove the various wiring present on the head (disconnect the metal clips of the various pipes and the power connectors with pliers). Use a socket wrench or electric screwdriver to unscrew all the bolts on the cylinder head, and remove it along with the gasket. Reassemble everything with a new gasket (use the appropriate adhesive).
