How to Replace the Cylinder Head Gasket on a Fiat Punto

Before starting, open the bonnet. Ensure the engine is cold; if not, wait for it to cool down. Begin by removing the upper engine cover. Next, disconnect all the spark plug connectors and their wiring, then remove the spark plugs. Once this step is complete, remove the entire air filter assembly and the injectors along with the injection system. After that, unscrew and remove the bolts around the perimeter of the cylinder head. At this point, you can remove the cylinder head and access the gasket, which you will then remove. Once done, to fit the new gasket and close the engine, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
