Let’s see how to remove the rear spring on a Fiat Punto. The first step: loosen the wheel nuts, lift the car on a column lift, and remove the rear wheel. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the securing bolts of the shock absorber at the wheel arm, unscrew the bolts on the side (top of the shock absorber), and remove the spring from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new spring and shock absorber by reversing the steps.
